Samsung Customer Care / Service — WORST SERVICE | |||
Subhash This is regarding worst service form SAMSUNG customer care. One day because of some technical problem with my TV set I called Samsung Customer care instead of some local engineer but after putting a request call to SAMSUNG customer care some telly executive gave me assurance that some one will assist me with in 24 hrs time, after that I waited for almost 3 days time but no one bother to call me for assistance then on 4th fine day in the morning some gentlemen called me and express his wish to solve my problem immediately but in the evening I again got a call saying that he wants to take my TV motherboard to workshop for detail servicing and that fellow took my TV motherboard on 08/09/2009 after 3 days time I called that engineer to confirm the final status but again I didn't got proper reply and he asked me to wait for 2 days time. Then from 3rd day I started calling them again and again through customer care and directly also but nothing happen, every-time telly executive gave me assurance that some one will call me form workshop but still nothing positive. Today is 2/11/2010 and I am still waiting for my TV motherboard to install again but today also workshop engineer not sure about when will they finish their work, so finally they forced me to put this thing on NET. I want SAMSUNG to give me proper clarification on this for taking almost one months time and still need some extra time to repair Regards Subhash Kasbe [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
