Samsung Customer Service — Worst service from Samsung | |||
I have purchased a touch screen mobile phone samsung start (GTS5233W), however the touch screen has stopped working within 6 months of purchase. I contacted the Samsung Service Center and they cant guide the customers correctly.When I visited the Samsung service center , they are unable to fix it as they dont have available parts for the same. Its been 3 weeks , i am unable to use the phone and the samsung service centers are just pathetic. Samsung's service is the worst. Was this information helpful? | |||
