[Resolved] Samsung — Dealer is not giving duplicate bill | |||
Now I have only one month to end up warranty period of my mobile. Before 11 month worth Rs. 17,000 I bought gt s 7562. from 2 months It has some problem, But to show it for service center I have lost its bill receipt. I told the dealer to take some charge from me and prepare a duplicate bill but he isn't. The shop is at Nashik MG road, His name is Imran Shaikh. He is behaving with me as a rude person so please help me. I went to district consumer forum But they said we want some receipt so I knew that they are not interested to help.
