Samsung — Delaying in TV Installation after purchase | |||
I have purchased new SAMSUNG F5100 LED TV on sunday, The TV insatallation process must be done after 1 day of purchase, But for me they still didn't fix the TV, I am just watching the BOX, Its already 5th day, Very poor service from samsung, So people who are purchasing TV in Samsung, First ask when you will install/unbox the TV. Samsung — delaying in service of tv`s
I rajesh kumar registered a complain to samsung tv on 4 of July 2010 and my complain no is [protected] and one engineer come to see the television and there is part need`s to change and till date they are not able to rectify the complain. i have called the customer care almost 10 times to repair the TV and on 21 of July the customer care manager(Mr. manish ) committed that the television will be repaired by the evening but nothing was done yet.i need your help me by taking some legal action against the company.thank you
