[Resolved] Samsung — Microwave Oven - Appalling After Sales | |||
I own a Samsung Microwave Oven Model No. C 100F / XTL purchased in January 2003. Recently, its PCB part developed a snag which can only be set right by replacement. I registered a complaint with the Customer Care (Complaint No. BP[protected] dated 7.09.10). The service engineer visited our residence and dignosed the problem with the PCB part. Unfortunately, since then nothing has happened as i have been told that the said part is out of stock. Repeated follow ups too have yielded no return despite me going to the extent of trying to reach the Store Incharge of the Naraina Service centre. samsung microwave oven-c100f — bad service
I made a complaint regarding some problems in my microwave.But,so far,nobody has come to see it and no attention was paid.complaint was made weeks ago but no service is still provided.Provide support as soon as possible.
