[Resolved] Samsung — Mobile not repaired | |||
I have purchased a Samsung mobile (B-3410) of Rs 7900 from Sheeba Tel, Janak Puri on 16/05/2010. Within 6-7 months its touch screen stopped working. For repairing it, I have submitted my mobile at the authorized service center of Samsung that is "Sai Enterprises", UG-30, Suneja Tower-2, District Centre, Janakpuri, Delhi-58 on 22/dec./2010. They said to collect mobile on 8/1/2011 but did not returned and said that they do not have repairing parts. From that time till now(23/04/2011), I went there at least 10 times and called them at least 100s of times but every time they returned me back saying that will repair soon and sent it to my home address. I'm totally fed up with this behavior and want the compensation for this mental and economical harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||

I gave my phone to samsung service centre on 4.08.10 because it was not working while i am inserting my sim card. I went thier thrice but evrey time i went their they say come tommorow, or day after that today when i went their they said there is a water damage, which is completely irrelevant and they said go some were else and repair it & misbehaved with me. Is this the way samsung is providing the service?
It is a humble request you to help me in getting my phone repaired.
