[Resolved] Samsung Digital Camera Es65 — Battery is not charged & the Camera is unable to power ON | |||
On receipt of the SAMSUNG DIGITAL CAMERA ES65 (10.2 Mega Pixel) on 25.09.2010, it was kept for charging after insertion of battery BP70A into battery's port. It was revealed that the RED light glows momentarily while switching it for charging and then AMBER light glows continuously. GREEN light never comes after charging for hours together.It seems battery is not getting charged.Hence, it is not possible to power ON the Camera. REMEDIAL ACTION IS REQUESTED. Details of sender: N.
