[Resolved] Samsung Digital Camera St50 — Regarding the warranty period and bill/Invoice. | |
Dear All, My father have bought Two Samsung Camera ST50 from Mustafa Market, Singapore and now due to some problem I have given it to Samsung service Center in Ahmedabad for servicing. As per policy they are asking for the bill but I am not able to locate my bill/Invoice as it seems that I have lost he same. I have the Tax refund Receipt as issued by Singapore govt. but they are not ready to accept it. I have forwarded the mail to Mustafa Market customer care division, Singapore regarding the copy of bill/Invoice (Invoice No. CA-28204) but there is no response. I have also mentioned the serial Number of my camera and told the Samsung service station to get the copy from Samsung Company as they have the data of every product sold by whom and who has bought it that would give them the clarification. I am stucked up wit the same and can’t get any solution. I have been to Ahmedabad thrice and still don’t have the solution to it. I have the box pack and with serial number with warranty card.
