We have purchased a double door refrigerator from Samsung worth Rs. 1 lakh just about a year back and recently it stopped working and the service person was called and he said that some part has to be replaced and it's almost 2 months now and he is saying that the part is not available. everyday i call the customer care and they say that they will rectify within 3 hours. but nobody turned up so far. kindly help. this is a research organisation and we need the refrigerator for everyday use to store valuable chemicals. kindly tell us a way out Was this information helpful? | |

Samsung Double Door Refrigerator — replacement of freezer shelves
Dear Samsung,I regret to inform that my complaint number [protected] asking for replacement of freeze shelfs which are all broken and the freeze during this summer is absolutely in non working condition has been pending since last one month. The constant calls to consumer care has bought no results and further there is an engineer Madan phone number [protected] who never visited our premises but got it officially recorded as the engineer had visited and ordred for the shelfs of the freeze. Afetr talking to him he gave the number of one Mukesh Sharma and asked to talk to him and was very rude and uncourteous during the whole conversation.
None of the phone numbers being given by consumer care or otherwise by Mr Madan are functional.
The freeze of 400 liters has remained non functional during the whole of summers.
Please look into my complaint and expediate the replacement of freeze shelfs.

Samsung Double Door Refrigerator — Complaint not being addressed
We bought this model in Nov 2006 and in less than 3 years there hsa been a complaint of gas leakage because of which the refrigerator has not been working properly since Sunday. We have lodged a complant in the call centre. Complaint No: [protected]. The service guy who came on Monday identified it to be a gas leak problem but there has been no action taken since. We have been repeatedly calling that executive and the call centre.Makes me think why I spend 37000/- rupees on Samsung if this is the kind of product and service they offer. Probably would never buy another samsung product again.
