Dear Sir,
With great anguish I would like to bring to your notice that the poor state of service support from your authorized service centre. I was using one Samsung Mobile (Model : GT-S3770K) from 3 months more than 1 yr.. it has some unusual things going in it i gets switch off by itself and does not start and now the condition is such that it is not starting at all and it has been switch off by itself ... i have given it to near by samsung service center for software upgradation but now also the same problem is coming n the biggest thing is that when i got my phone back from service center and put my Sim in it it is not receiving network...while when i am putting my Sim in other phone it is running very well with full network ... i don't know what to do. I want my money back.
This type of carelessness will create bad impression. And if this problem is not solved soon I will surely publish an alarming article in the national daily newspaper about the bad service of Samsung phone which will make customers to think before purchasing Samsung products.
I hope you will pay attention towards my complaint anr try to solve my problem soon.
