I had purchased a Samsung Duos w299 device on October 6, 2010.Due to the Pathetic Build Quality of the product, I have had to service the device due to multiple problems almost five times over the past 12 months. I have had to get some hardware replaced and in spite of that, the mobile does not function as per the specified parameters. In spite of multiple requests at the Samsung Authorised service centre to replace the device or to replace it properly, the results have been useless. Now I've had to give the mobile back to the Samsung Authorised service centre because of another issue. From the time I have bought the phone, the device has cumulatively spent more than 3 months in the Samsung Authorised service centre. There have been issues with the touch screen, speaker, lock slider key, keypad and battery. I have now requested them to replace the device or to refund the money I had paid for the device.
