I HAVE PURCHASED THIS MOBILE FROM MOBIL STORE LIMITED ON 19/07/2010 SINCE THAN THE MOBILE IS NOT WORKING THE FIRST TIME I SENT THE MOBILE FOR SERVICING THE SERVICE CENTER AUTHORITIES SAID THERE IS SOFTWARE PROBLEM BUT AFTER SERVICING THE MOBILE DID NOT WORKED WELL I AGAIN WENT THEN THEY SAID THAT WE'LL CHANGE THE MOTHER BOARD THAN THERE WILL BE NO PROBLEM BUT STILL THE PROBLEM PERSIST AGAIN I WENT BACK AND ASKED THEM TO REPLACE THE MOBILE THE BRANCH MANAGER SAID THAT IT WILL TAKE A MONTH IN REPLACEMENT PROCESS BUT AFTER A MONTH THEY CALLED ME UP AND SAID WE HAVE REPAIRED THE MOBILE CAME AND COLLECT IT AND WHEN I ASKED THEM THAT I WANT A REPLACED HANDSET THAN THE BRANCH MANAGER SAID WE WONT BE REPLACING THE MOBILE YOU CAN DO ANYTHING WHAT EVER YOU WANT.
