Dear Sir, Ihad complained about the defective DVD on 28th of November 2009 vide BP No. [protected].
this call was attended the same day and I was told that some part has been damaged and it would cost me Rs 700/- including service charges.I asked him to do so.HE TOLD ME THAT THIS PART IS NOT AVAILABLE AND HE WOULD ARRANGE FOR THE PART AND REPAIR THE DVD BY MONDAY THE 30TH OF NOVEMBER2009. I AGREED. BUT THEY DID NOT COME AND THEN AFTER SOME DAYS THEY STILL DID NOT COME SO I CALLED THEM UP AND THEY REPAIRED THE DVD ON THE 9TH OF DEC'2009 WITHOUT REPLACING ANY PARTS. AGAIN THE DVD DEVELOPED THE SAME DEFECT NEXT WEEK AND I COMPLAINED ON THE 19TH OF DECEMBER. THIS CALL WAS ATTENDED AND MY FATHER WAS TOLD THAT "TWO "PARTS HAVE BEEN DAMAGED AND WOULD COST AROUND Rs1500/-. THEN ON MONDAY THE 21st I WAS CALLED UP AGAIN AND TOLD THE SAME THING. WHEN I REFUSED TO HAVE IT REPLACED THEY CANCELED MY COMPLAIN ON 22nd.THEY ARE HARASSING ME AND ARE COERCING ME TO SPEND MORE MONEY.
THE DEFECT HAS BEEN AGGRAVATED BY THEIR REPAIR FOR WHICH THEY CHARGED ME Rs220/-
SIR, I SEEK JUSTICE AND PRAY TO YOU TO KINDLY BRING THESE COMPANIES TO JUSTICE AND STOP THEM FROM CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS WHO PAY MONEY THROUGH THEIR NOSE AND STILL DO NOT GET PROPER AFTER SALES SERVICE Was this information helpful? |
