[Resolved] Samsung - E840 — complain of repairing | |
Samsung Mobiles, To Whom It May Concern: Subject: Serious Complains against repairing center Sir, Please note with regret that our customer, Pravinkumar Chhajer purchased the new E-840 hand set from us. After some days problem arise with hand set. The hand set is in warranty period. We send it for repairing to ASC. Bhavsar refrigeration, Dhule. He on his level repaired it but he talk us on telephone that he sends it to L-3. It was repaired OK. The repairer keep the hand set with him for 5 to 6 days and not return to us. Just after 3rd day repairer told us on telephone that it is problematic and he is sending back the hand set to company for repairing. Now Company returned the handset in dead condition with estimate repairing cost of 4388/- We are astonished how it happens. Below is the data. Date for purchase: 17/11/2007 Customer name: Proven Chhajer.Nandurbar. Model no. E-840 Imei no: [protected] Sr.No. R9XP653698D 1) First Jobsheet No: 08DBF2405 from Bhavsar ref. Dhule. Dated 24/06/2008. For the reason charging and display problem (We are enclosing the scan of jobsheet.) 2) Second estimate dated 29/07/2008. For the reason of CPU cracked (We are enclosing the scan of estimate) Please note that the handset is in warranty period. The part of mobile was damaged by ASC., DHULE. during repairing. And after it he send it to l-3 and now he is giving the estimate for repairing. Which is falls It must be repaired or replace by company immediately free of cost. Other wise we have to knock the court and all concern will be responsible for the next, which will be bad effected to the company name. I have given my samsung mobile to the authorised service which is located in bangalore on 1st of augest.The service center's name is"CELL SOLUTION"

When ever we go there the say the mobilr has gone to head office. When ever we call to the head office no one picks up the call.The phone number they gave us is[protected] They never give us proper feed back on the mobile.

Now a days the say that the parts have to come from Koeria
All the costomers who come does not go out smiling
I reqest to do the necessary and give my mobile mobile at the earliest.
