[Resolved]  Samsung Electronics / Ac Model - Aw12zka — AC producing noise, repeated complaints have not been answered

I am Varun Sethi and an aggreived buyer of the SAMSUNG window AC model- AW12ZKA, from Sargam Electronics, 155 Kapil Vihar, Near Pitam Pura, Delhi, India.

Purchase invoice number reference is 2939 from Sargam Electronics. Serial number of the AC unit sold to us is A312PZAS205732L.

From day 1, my AC is producing irritating noise and this has been registered as complaint with Sargam Electronics 5 times till date (in less than a month). Each time an engineer attends the complaint telling it will not recur. But it has everytime recurred.

We have complained to Sargam many times and they have been responsive too. But there seems to be no end to the recurring problem.

Request immediate and permanent resolution of the problem and if need be replacement of the unit should also be considered. I can approach the consumer courts if need be because no one either Sargam Electronics or Samsung seem to be taking it seriously and I am only losing patience.

Please have regard for someone who has spent Rs. 16000 on a product and which is of no use to us.

I am seriously irritated with the quality of the workmanship of the SAMSUNG product and dont intend to suggest anyone to buy a Samsung product in lifetime.
