Hi,



This is with reference to my complain number- [protected] which was raised on 13th April 2013 for Samsung Split AC.



However, Samsung engineer is been telling me different-different stories about it like- Voltage issue- etc..



I've contacted them on 13th April 2013 and May 2013 ( I do not know the date) and 02nd June 2013 about the same complain but issue is not yet resolved.



Finally - 29th June 2013 engineer says that There is some issue in product.. I've been asking them to change the product as it has quality issue and not working properly since the time I bought this product..



Today[protected] received call form Samsung Name- Surya Prakash(surya.[protected]@partner.samsung.com) that product can't be replaced and it will only be repaired. My issue is that it never worked since the time I bought this product but they are not ready to help further.



Also, engineer has open the entire A/C and its simply lying at my home and not working as he is not able to fix the complain.



Could you please take my issue with Samsung and ask them to change my product.. I do have the valid Bill copy with me.

Samsung AC — SAMSUNG AC A BAD PRODUCT

SAMSUNG A/C'S ARE WORST PRODUCT I HAVE EVER SEEN . I WONDER WHY THEY HAVE NO QC AND GUIDELINES, ALSO THEY HAVE WORST VENDOR +POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES

I PURCHASED MODEL NO AWT18WKE SL NO A196PZAQBOO187J ON 3/4/09 ...IT HAS ALREADY GONE TOSERVICE STATION (JANUS ELECTRONICS ESMS CLAIM NO[protected] ON 11/07/09) .BUT COOLING PROBLEM IS STILL THERE WHICH WAS THERE FROM DAY FIRST..

LG PRODUCTS ARE BETTER THEN SAMSUNG AS I M USER OF BOTH.
