Samsung Explore Cdma Mobile — Poor quality mobile & Very Poor Service

I Have samsung mobile explore CDMA mobile. I have got it checked from samsung service center gurgaon for network issue under warranty. After keeping the mobile for 1 monthh they said we have repaired the mobile. But after 4 days again the same problem have started occuring and now they r not ready to listen to my complaint.

Can any one advise me how to file a complain against them, so that they can learn a lession.
