Samsung — Faulty AC sold | |||
I am forced to write on your FB page not because I like your products but because of the recurring problems that I have faced by commiting the mistake of buying a samsung airconditioner. I bought this samsung ac in the year 2009 and since then have been facing problems with the product. You can see my level of patience that finally I am writing on your FB page when I am completely frustrated and h...ave no hope left that Samsung cares for customer satisfaction. Since the time of purchase till date I have changed the compressor, gas, etc etc you will have all the details. During this process, I have been forced to deal with unprofessional call centre excutives who are not trained properly and at times rude as well and your so called 'service engineers'. I would like to make a speacial mention of your so called manager Mr rakesh Chauhan whose number I was provided by Mr Arif stating that I should speak to him. Without even listening to my problem, he handed the phone to a guy who could hardly speak professional langauge and sounded like a uneducated rude guy. If this is the way your manager(customer support) behaves, I would be foolish to expect more from the executives. I do not know if this post would be read, deleted but I am a complete dissatisfied customer and harassed by Samsung to the extent. I do not expect that my ac would be repaired and even if it is, the problem would recur maybe after a few days........that is what the history is. So request that you do not talk about customer service if this is the level of frustration that you can inflict on your customer Was this information helpful? | |||
