Samsung - Flat Tv — TV left unrepaired for 3 weeks | |||
I made a complain (Ref [protected]) on June 15, 2010. The service engineers visited my residence and told me the parts required for TV repair were not available and they will have to request parts from the HO. After that they visted once more and told me to produce the purchase receipt for a TV that was bought around December 2005 for about Rs 67000/- which I have not cared to save given that the warranty is long past. Since then I have called up their call centre repeatedly and spoken to Kiran ( a very rude servce manager) and Thyanu requesting for names of their senior customer service personnel to allow me to talk to them. I have been refused names of any senior person and they keep telling me to call their call centre which is a non starter to begin with. Is it too much for a consumer to expect paid service for a product that cost Rs 67000/- and has failed within less than 5 years? Appreciate your response.
