I brought samsung refrigerator from sanjay salse Andheri(E) model no RS 21 HNTPN on[protected] .The same day we realised lights inside the refrigerator are not working and we made complaint to Samsung Customer Care.After a week period the repairing work was carried out by their mechanic and the freez stopped working completely. After regular comlaints it was promised by the company to give replacement of new one within ten days .Till date no replacement is done and we suffered alot during festivals and our kitcen space is also blocked.We want our money back along with compensation for the hardship and in convience caused by the defected product and disghusting service of the company. and we do not want simply replacement of the product.
