[Resolved] Samsung Fridge — Poor Response | |
We own a Frost free Refridgrator SR34EMB.It is 10 years old.Suddenly it stopped working and the local service engineer said a part ie timer and bio meter has to be replaced.He procured it after 3 days from Bangalore.Now he says it does'nt suit and get another one or cut the size of the part to suite it. I wonder how you can not have a part for a refridgerator ? Now it almost 15 days it is yet to be repaired.I called the Customer care and registered the complaint.But again no one bothers to call or visit.What a shame on Samsung.Third class after sale.
