[Resolved] Samsung Fridge — POOR POST DELIVERY SERVICE | |
We purchased Samsung Refrigerator RT 41 LSPN from its dealer M/s Great Eastern, Kolkata vide Tax Cash Memo no. RHMCM 179 on 10/12/2010. Soon after the installation it was noticed that water gets accumulated in vegetable bin within 2-3 days and vegetables/ fruits get spoiled. This problem was reported to the Samsung Care vide Complaint No. [protected] on 25/01/2011 and subsequently on 04/02/2011, 01/01/2011 and 05/03/2011. Every time a new technician came and closed the one or more air -flow channels of so called “multi-flow” air circulating system. Consequently, the cooling of the fridge is compromised with and it is running at highest point of cooling. At the same time the problem of water accumulation in vegetable bin remains as it is. Initially the company people took feed back. Now they have stopped calling us. We strongly feel that the company seriously lacks in post delivery service. The technicians do not maintain a history card of service extended to a product; consequently they work on cross purpose. If Samsung really cares for its customer it must act fast. I agree with the complaint. I have a Samsung Refrigerator which was brought 2 yrs ago. Just few days back one Bottle stand got broken and we called Sansung carecentre for replacement. They passed on our request to one samsung store depot person in kurla, It turned out the that the spare part cost only 200-250 rs. however they said we will have to pay additional 400-500 Rs. being charges for the person to visit and see what size of stock is required. When I told him that I can give the Fridge Model no and he need not come to visit and see the size, suddenly his comments changed and now he keeps on saying it will take 4-5 days as there is no stock available at the depot. This clearly indicates their intention of coughing money from people.

I HAVE SAMSUNG AIR CONDITUIONER, REFRIGERATOR,CONVENTION MICROWAVE,MOBILE WASHING MACHINE BUT I AM SURPISED THE COMPANY CANNOT PROVIDE ANY SPARE PARTS OF THE ABOVE PRODUCTS FROM SERVICE DEPARTMENT.THEY NEED MINIMUM EIGHT TO TEN DAYS TO GET SPARE PARTS ,THAT THEY ARE NOT SURE OFF.I HAVE BEEN OUT SOURCING THE PARTS FROM PRIVATE MECHANICS & THEY CAN DO IT 24HOURS.MY COMPLAIN NO [protected].A SERIOUS SUGGEST TO MAHARASHTRA DISTRIBUTOR & MD OFF SAMSUNG STOP SELLING YOUR PRODUCTS IN MAHARASHTRA & ALSO STOP GIVING FALSE COMMITMENTS TO YOUR CUSTOMER OFF AFTER SALES SERVICE.................................... pathetic service .
