Dear All,
I am in this state where I don't even know where to go, to whom to contact. I have purchased a Fridge in Colombia 4 Months ago, which presents high issues in the Refrigeration system. The representation of Samsung Colombia does not want to replace the product for a new one, they have offered me to 'fix' the same, but I find this highly irresponsible. I have purchased a Product New, I do not want to receive 'fixes' after only 4 months of purchase. I find this very unfair, I want a new product to be replaced.
Will appreciate if you can help me, with the contact of someone that can help providing me a solution to my situation.
