Ltd. 7th & 8th Floor, IFCI Tower 61, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019 Fax:[protected]/19 Dear Sirs, Sub: BP NO.[protected] DATED 20.06.2010 DATE OF PURCHASE: 04.04.2006 I regret to inform you that this is the third time, I am facing same problem with my Samsung Fridge: Asper your Service Centre compresser replaced 24.09.2008 & 18.04.2009, again today your service engineer visited my residence and infmd compresser to be re-placed again. This is unprofessional and also a financial lose to me every year. Rqst you to please check whether your service centre doing the job correctly or not. If they replaced a new compresser, this problem will not happend again and again. Please take back my fridge and replace a new Fridge to me immdtly to avoid further complications. Tks & Rgds, D.
