I have one samsung washing machine in my home.It dead few days before.I have complained to the dealer and they booked a complaint to the samsung company.Complaint no-[protected].No response till now.Samsung service is very worst.Samsung company is not giving any service after sales. I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT No 2465305 ON 26/11/2008 AND HAVE FOLLOWED IT ON 29/11/2008, I WAS PROMISED SOMEBODY WILL COME TO ATTAND TODAY 01/12/2008. BUT TILL DATE NOBODY HAS TURNED UP. MY MACHINE IS SPARKING ALL OVER AND THE SITUATION IS CRITICALL. KINDLY SEND SOMEBODY OVER BY TOMORROW 02/12/2008.ONE VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
