Samsung,Washing Machine fully automatic. — service of Machine
Sir we purchase our Washing Machine from samsung company retailer.at the time of purchasing machine they told that they give home service of machine with in 24 hours.now my washing machine is not working from last one month and i log my complain on 13-Sep.about that one of service engineer come at my home and told my parents it is working ok.but we try to used it it is still not working.i again give complain after that continuously but they are not given me proper response.they told me single answer that engineer. will visit with in 24 hours.nownow company give me answer that my wife is not well my mother is about 60 years and she is also not well.i take this machine for my family convenience.but now it is big trouble for me i have no much money to purchase new and this machine is faulty then what can i do i don't under stand.....
