[Resolved] Samsung Fully Automatic Washing Machine — not working/defective peice

I had purchased a Samsung fully automatic washing machine model No. WA80D5V/XCL from Girias, Outer Ring Road, Banaswadi on 13th Sept., 2009. A representative from the company came on 15th Sept., 2009 at 7.30 p.m. and installed the machine. When I tried to operate the machine on 16th Sept., 2009 morning it is not working. The Company representative was saying that there is some problem with the machine. After half an hour he said, now it is working. But, when I tried to operate the same in the morning the same is not working. I contacted Samsung's call centre and registered a complaint, as also with Girias. Samsung--Fully Automatic Washing M/c — MALFUNCTIONING

Since purchase of washing m/c, i am facing a lot of trouble.
against complain, company representative comes but unable to identify the reason behind its malfunctioning.
