SAMSUNG FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE — there is no response till date
my washing machine is not properly wroking and i have lodged a complaint at samsung customer care on 20.09.2008, BP No.[protected], then i have informed several times but there is no response from the company. I spoke to your official several times, they are assuring today our people will visit. This is really shame on samsung people when they are harrasing people on an essential household thing like washing machine.If such an attitude is continued from your side then I will be forced to approach proper forum for the due relief.
