Samsung Galaxy S Duos — Mobile phone hanging | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased a Samsung mobile phone on 12/02/2013. But until now, I have visited service center about 3 times & all the these he is just formatting phone & giving me back. But the problem with the phone is it gets hanged while I used to call even when I am using the device without external memory card as they advised me to. Still the problem persists. Now I have given the phone to service center for servicing on 14/8/2013, till now there is no single call from them about the update/status of mobile. Instead I have called the customer care to know the update but failed.Now I demand a new mobile phone with updated software because I have suffered a lot in these 6 months. The service center in our city is 15 kms far away from my residence & I can not make time free to time in my duty hours to go to this service center frequently.
