Samsung Galaxy S Plus Mobile — FUNCTIONALITY OF PHONE | |||
Hello Team I have puechased a Mobile Handset from Samsung Model :- SAMSUNG GALAXY S PLUS. I am facing issue with the functionality of the phone. When I start using the internet all the other applications gets closed automatically. And I have to open the applications again and when the internet is off the phone works perfectly fine. I have shown the Phone at the SAMSUNG SEERVICE CENTER LUCKNOW once and they upgraded the software stating that it will solve the issue but the issue is still the same. Again I submitted the phone at the SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER, LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI twice. First time they said to upgrade the software I told them it has already been done. But they said it will solve the issue and upgraded the software again no good. Second time I talked to the manager of the SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER he said that he will get the MOTHERBOARD of the PHONE changed and it will solve the issue. I submitted the phone and they returned the phone after 10 days stating that the MOTHERBOARD has been changed but it does not seems that they have done any thing to my phone to solve the issue.
