Dear Respected Sir,
Had purchased Samsung Galaxy S2 on 5/4/2012 and I am extremely unhappy with the product as well as the service. For the first few days with all the issues mentioned below I thought maybe these are just initial tithing problems. However, after 15 days also the problems persist and infact each day I face a new problem.
Following are the issues with the phone.. and each day new issue arises so the list is un ending:
1) Heating up of the phone
2) Phone hangs up while operation
3) At times incoming and outgoing calls there is no voice.(phone goes blank).
4) The camera hangs while clicking the snaps and is restored only when the battery is removed.
6) Sometimes all activities on phone comes to a standstill untill the battery is removed and phone restarted.
7) The overall processing of any applications takes lot of time
8) Most of the apps do not work.
Pathetic experience. Shopkeeper does not acknowledge it at all. Says will repair it. But why should I get my brand new phone repaired. that too of 30,000/-rupees.
Very Very unhappy. Samsung has made me run across Samsung outlets and customer care numbers but all in Vain. Now finally writing to you with a hope that you with act on this without any further delay. Need a replacement or money back
