I bought Samsung S3 (39,197/-)(Invoice no - SLF02A[protected] before three months(15/9/2012) from Tata Chroma. For the product care, I chose extended warranty from them. Before 13 days ago, It slipped from my bed(nearly 2.5ft height from ground) and its display shows some crack inside of the glass panel. Phone stopped displaying. I took it to Chroma and they send it to Samsung care. Now they asked me to nearly 7000 Rs for its recovery. I told them It was just 2 ft, under warranty, extended warranty and you offered me so weak product or defective peace. They didn't favor me of any kind. Was this information helpful? |
