Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 — repeat 3 times in care centre

dear sir,this is jagdeep gill from ludhiana.i have given my phone to serive centre[imperial refrigeration,B-37/309,nirmal nagar canal road ldh],at times for solving my phone problem,but they cant solve it.i request her to change my handset[galaxy tab 2 gt-3100tseinu] because it was under guranted but cant do it and does not solve my phone problem.please take action againt samsung service centre.thank u.

date of purchase handset-14/10/2012,at shree krishna impex samsung,shop no.10,attwal building,shastri nagar,ludhiana.
model-samsung galaxy tab 2 P-3100 titanium silver.
