Hello sir/madam,
I have purchased samsung mobile set 5 months back. But i have faced lot of problems in this set. It gets suddenly switched off even if battery is full. and while charging it gets heatup. i have already shown it to service center 2 times. but same thing its repeating again and again. i am fed up of this samsung mobile. service center people are not co operating properly. i want to change this defective set. Kindly requesting you to resolve my issue as soon as possible..

a few days i have bought samsung galaxy pop and i m not getting sufficient battery backup.when i was going to buy the phone your company representative said it would give a backup of 2-3 days.and this thing totally went wrong my phone gives backup of 5-6 hrs only i never expected this from your company last time i used samsung satr nd was really a nice phone with good backup this time a buyed samsung phone becoz my last experience was quite good, but now i relize i did i big mistake
