the behaviour of the customer service centre at guwahati is not at all good and they took 2 hours to change the front cover of 5233A even after i visited there after calling them up and when asked if the job has been done,they informed that the work is still going on whereas i saw by myself that the mobile was still unattended and i was made to wait half an hour or so intentionally as i enquired about the job being over or not..
hence i request the concerned authority to look into the matter and make sure that no any other customer is treated like i was..
