Samsung Gt B 7320 — mobile hangs up frequently

I have purchased the Samgsung GT B7320 2 months ago,. after few days the started to hang up and goes on blinking untill the battery is removed. this is happening now frequently. suggest a way out so this stops or replace the mobile with a new one...syncronizing with pc is not possible for the windows media player, contacts, messaging,and many others.... requesting for immediate help..... thanks .
