Hello Sir, My name is Mr. Ramesh Hingmire. I am resident at Sangli. My mobile no. is [protected]. I am using your Company's mobile SAMSUNG GT-S3310 (METRO) from last 11 months. My mobile's warrranty is valid till 11/01/2011. In last one month my mobile has developed some minor bend in the body. Two days before I visited to your SAMSUNG SERVICE STATION in Sangli & I told them about the above problem, but they told me that the company is not responsible for this problem & this problem is not repairable in warranty period as per your warranty rules.
