[Resolved] Samsung / Gt - S3600i — Non response from Authorised Service Centre, Pondicherry | |||
Authorised Service Centre : Sri Padma Customer Care, No.124, 125, Iyyanar Koil Street, Raja Nagar, Pondicherry - 605 013. Work Order no. : H10J 1230 dated 12.10.2010 I have submitted my Samsung GT-3600i, purchased on 19.07.2010 and still within the warranty period, for service as the keypad was completely dead. I was told to come back after 2 days. After 2 days I was told that some chip needed to be replaced and that they had sent for the concerned spare part. I should please come back after a week. After another week I phoned to the Service Centre mobile no. [protected] to check if the handset was ready and was told that the spare had been replaced but the keypad was still not working and that they had forwarded the handset to the manufacturer for repairs. I was told to try the following week. Now, in the following week, when I phone the Service Centre the staff refuses to answer the phone at all. I tried repeatedly to call them but the phone is either busy or as and when I do get a ring they refuse to answer the phone. I don’t know anymore what to do. I do not wish to go to the Service Centre and be told once again that the handset is still not ready. All I want to find out is whether my handset is ready or not. Sagar Chowdhury Mobile no.
