Respected Sir, This is to inform you that please do not advertise your product untill you dont have after sales service and spare parts ready for repairing under warrenty period.You have a pathetic srevice for repairing . I am frustrated now . I have bought samsung star touch screen 2 pcs for my both the children on 20-9-09.Since its purchase 1 phone was not working properlly if some other person try to call him gets the massage the person is not available or has swiched off the mobile inspit that the mobile is swiched on. After using it for 2- 3 months my son complaned me and i send it to your moti nagar service center they took about 15- 17 days and said they have changed its mother board .After thet the phone was still in that condition, unable to catch the signal network.anyhow i deposit the same on[protected] again that mobile phone to tha service center moti nagar . I got dates every weak for its repairing but till tyhe date i could not got my mobile back . Please tell me what to do sould i wait for some miracle or sould i go to consumer forum.
