SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONE DEFECTIVE MOBILE I had bought a Samsung Mobile Phone - Model GTS3650 (Sl.RW3SA12506T, IMEI No.[protected] on 6.11.09 from Mobile Store located at Dharavi, 60 Feet Road, & invoice number. MH1939. I used the phone but only after 3rd day of Purchase I got 3 lines on DISPLAY. Then I took it to the Shop I purchased and asked for a replacement and he refused and asked me to go to the Service Centre of Samsung located at Portuguese Church, Dadar West Area, Shop name Excel Services (Phone No.[protected]). I visited the above store 3 times & they resolved the issue but it was only for temporary Period. Then again I got same Problem after 3 days then Service Centre told me that it would take 10 days for change Display repairs. or you can visit at Santacruz Head office they will Help you. Then after I visited at santacruz gallery they also told me same answer it will be take 1 week. I am wondering why cannot Samsung replace the handset ... it is in warranty Period then ...what is the guarantee and warranty? Please help me as to how I can get a replacement or service as it is a new mobile. Otherwise I will launch Complaint against Samsung Mobile in Consumer court. So Please give me reply on urgent basis.
