[Resolved] Samsung — dent on new refrigerator | |||
We bought samsung refrigetaor (ref RT41LSTS1) on 2/5 from Dawars Open world, M.G.F Plaza, Gurgaon in the name of Shilpy Singla (Chassis No. Id-2253123, 800524). It was delivered at our residence (h.no 904 A, sec 17B, Gurgaon) on 2/6 and after few minutes of delivery, we noticed dents on front door of the freezer door. It was communicated to Dawars executive the same time. Nobody came to see the fridge the same day and since then, we are calling samsung executives for replacement. Earlier, we were assured that doors will be changed and then we were told that they will exchange the refrigerator but no nobody confirmed when. Regards, Shilpy Was this information helpful? | |||
