I bought 40" 3D LED TV from Samsung on 22nd July 2011, next day engineer from Samsung visited my home just to hang that TV on wall, i asked him to explain the things and show me 3D in this TV, but he was not aware of how to operate this TV and said some other person will come for demonstration.
I made a note on Job card shown by him, but till today no one reverted from Samsung. I called many times to Samsung call center as well as branch office, but nothing happened.
I tried my self to start 3D but the 3D Glasses provided by Samsung is not showing 3D facility, i am afraid it is 3D TV or not, or they have sold me some faulty product, thats why they are not turning up.
I cried lots of times to Samsung but all the time they made excuse that you were not at home, you were not in the town.. i do not understand, if i am not at home then why can't they call on my mobile, and also i have given comments on each call, that i will be available after 6 PM only. But till today they never done so. Now when i tried to contact Samsung Head Office on 18th Sept. for the same and asked for money refund as this is only a show piece for me, then they said they will send one technician for demo, but again the same thing, after waiting of 10 days nothing happened,
Than again i asked for my money refund and the same assurance i got on 28th Sept. that we will send their engineer but again they failed, now today on 5th Oct. they are saying that they cant refund my amount.
Till today i am not able to watch 3D tv after spending 1.25 LAC Rupee. it is not a small amount.
Kindly look into it and let samsung refund my amount and take their product back, as the product is faulty and samsung failed to provide the service since last more than TWO Months.
