Samsung — Harassment by Samsung Service Center | |
I have purchased a Samsung mobile in the month of May 2013. Suddenly after 3 months the WI FI was not working. I sent the handset to the Authorized Samsung service centre (SABSONIC, 12 Loudon Street, Maruti Building, Kolkata 700 017) where they said that they will inspect the handset and tell me what the problem is in abut 3 days. But even after one week, they now tell me that the phone is "part pending" & that they have oddered it. Now I am already without a handset for past two week and they expect me to do without it for 7 more days. My work is suffering as I myself am an accountant for a construction company. It’s within warranty. Please help regarding this as I am suffering without a handset and not getting proper feedback from the Samsung personnel at the said service centre.
