Samsung — harrasment of costumer and defective goods | |||
about samsung servise stations which is a crap dear (whoever responsible), i am a resident of ahmedabad and i have a complaint against the samsung people who r ridiculous.i hav taken an air conditioner a year back .within a month the ac stopped working or cooling the room and after several calls the samsung engineer came and observed that there was a gas spillage and filled it again.yet after few months i had the same problem the engineer came and filled the gas .this is the third time i have the same problem.this time there is no response from the company.1 truthfull engineer came and asked us to requst the company for a changed peice.after 10-15 days the warantee period is getting over.samsung is denying a change.i as a consumer is feeling offended and helpless. pls make out a solution.request for a quick response regards Was this information helpful? | |||
