I purchased PC from eSYS systems on 11 July 2008 which has Samsung 320GB HDD. It has crashed now.
As per Samsung, warranty is with vendor & as per vendor, warranty is over. It has just been 3 years of purchase. I have lost my important data & also the HDD.
There is no support form Samsung even after writing to them. They are asking me to mail someone in Singapore for my support (Mr. Mandy Lim) & he too is not able to support. On calling their call center & raising complaint (no. [protected]), there is no support from them either & they are disconnecting the line.
I spoke to esys call center, they said to connect with Samsung.
