[Resolved] Samsung Home Theatre - Ht3 - P10 — Poor Customer Service | |
We had purchased a samsung home theatre HT-P10 around 2.5 years back. Now we had an issue with the remote of the system. Hence we had taken it to the local samsung service centre at Trivandrum. Initially they told that the remote is not repairable and would replace with a new one. After chasing them for around 10 times, they gave me a remote on a billed payment of 490/-. But the same day, I found even this defective and immediately reported and gave it back to the service centre. Since that day, they are giving me the execuse that the stock hasn't arrived and I have chased them again for around 10 to 15 times and also have manually gone there for around 4 to 5 times. Each time they gave the same execuse and now at last they say me that the remote is not available at all anywhere, so I wouldn't get it. I am not sure whether it is the problem with the local customer service people or the samsung company itself. I am disappointed with this lethargic attitude of the customer service centre and also surprised to see that a big electronics company like Samsung is not able to replace a remote for its model.
