Complaint peding since April 01st, 2010 I've made a complaint regarding the no supply of power in my home to samsung call centre on 1st April 2010, & till now the complaint is not resolved.My complaint/reference number with samsung is [protected] I've received revert mail from samsung: below appended is the revert of samsung on 18/05/2010: Dear Anurag Welcome to Samsung India Electronics Pvt. With Regards SAMSUNG Today is 22/05/2010 7 still no body has contacted me. I'm very much dis satisfied with their services & would like to lodge a case in consumer forum against SAMSUNG. Thanks!! Samsung / Home theatre — pending since 1st april 2010
Hi,This is regarding the product samsung home theatre (HTZ320) which i bought it from Manglam, Jaipur on 26/Oct/2009.
I've made a complaint regarding the no supply of power in my home there to samsung call centre on 1st April 2010, & till now the complaint is not resolved.My complaint/reference number with samsung is [protected]
Its really hard to believe that company with international repute is taking so long to resolve the complaint. It was so humiliating & embarrassing when few guest visited my place to watch a movie at my home theatre few days back. You can imagine what kind of impression my friends have taken on samsung brand products which gets defected in span of 6 months.
Its been more almost 45 days & the complaint is still not been resolved. I;m not interested in continuing with the brand samsung any more thus i request you take away the home theatre & refund back my money or else replace it with new one.
