Samsung — Horrible Authorized Service Center-Bangalore

Hi, I have given my Samsung camera for repair to Samsung Authorized service center on 07/09/13. But, I am really disappointment with Samsung horrible service center, since they have not repaired it yet and not responding well to my phone calls. they are just destroying the Samsung Brand. Here is the service center detail: I-tel service (Authorised service center) #162/B, 2nd cross, 6th Main, Bangalore-78 Customer service record card detail: Camera Model: ES60 A35kc90z2204820T Service Complain: Flash not working Please avoid Samsung product... it's one of the worst service provider.
