I am Mangesh Mandhare From Pune I have purchase new S DUOS s 7562 mobile from 28 -aug-013 but not working properly, Mobile Problem Hang & restart, I am 1 -sep -2013 going to S.S. Enterprises from kadam plaza near bhartividyapeeth Gate katraj pune this is samsung autorised service center . the service center person registered complaint and tell me mother board problem, this item is not in stock iam order to samsung and mobile is ready I call you . After 8 days I am going to service center service center person tell me mobile is ready, I have received my mobile and come to my home next day mobile coming same problem then again I am go to samsung service center ( S.S. Enterprises) he tell me I will check & call you . This problem last 1 month six time facing ( six time I am going to samsung service center ( S.S. Enterprises) ) but now problem is not solve. At that time mobile in samsung service center ( S.S. Enterprises). This person again tell me mobile is ready I call you….? Last 1 month six time this person tell me me I will check & call you . Mobile purchase 28-aug- 2013 to till date I have mobile use only 8 days ( in problematic) & other days mobile in service center ( S.S. Enterprises). Plz Help me...
