Samsung India / Air Conditioner — After 14 days, no resolution | |||
My name is Varun Panchal. My Service Complain No. is[protected]. If you can look up my case, you will be able to see that I had complained regarding there being no cooling in my air conditioner. First complain was on May 8th (before 14 days), where I was promised that the person will come for repair the same day or at the max day after. After that I called again on May 10th or 11th, again I was given the same assurance. Again I called around 14th for the same purpose to receive the same response. Not a single call from the local service center people till this time. I call to the service center on 18th and this time I speak to Mr UmaMahesh, the person to whom my case was escalated to, and he promises me to get things done same day. Still I do not receive any calls from any one. I call him back next day and speak to him but in vain. Nothing happens. Next day he does not even come on phone to me and keeps making excuses, but I do receive calls from the local service people, three times actually, giving promises to me that they will come and visit the place, but they remain only that, promises, and nobody comes. Number of phone calls. Number of days. Time of waiting till the phone is connected. Telling the same things again and again to different people at call center at Bangalore.
